Capture Data Real-Time
Lead data is captured in real time by recruiters in the field or, as pictured here, via recruiting websites using Salesforce Communities.
Assess Quickly
After filling out the form, personal data is automatically added to the Salesforce Recruiting App. This is where an agent can follow up and assess a candidate’s suitability for basic training and generate a recruitment packet for the potential recruit to fill out.
View Recruit Details
Recruiters can see detailed information about their leads (potential recruits).
Follow-up
Leads deemed eligible for basic training are converted to Prospects. From that point you can compile the appropriate papers for the prospect’s recruiting packet.
