The Salesforce solution for Federal Systems Integrators centralizes information in a single location where teams and leadership can have instant access to all of the critical details driving account relationships and capture related data. ManTech’s capture managers and business development executives can access their Salesforce home page where they view key metrics, collaborate with colleagues, and track critical dates and activities related to key pursuits. Surfacing the most important information on the home page maintains focus on winning more business and driving opportunities through ManTech’s capture process. Salesforce empowers teams to leverage data to run the business more efficiently and intelligently.


Track Opportunity Progress
Visualizations across the top of each opportunity screen allow users to identify the current stage, as well as highlight key fields that need attention from the capture manager to move the deal forward. Content from GovWin, SAM.gov, and B&P data from ManTech’s ERP system can augment standard information and detail on each opportunity. Leveraging embedded intelligence, Salesforce can calculate PWin and PGo based on ManTech’s specific inputs and business rules.


Collaboration
Cross team collaboration is a key element to the capture process, and Salesforce facilitates knowledge sharing across ManTech with built-in collaboration. Salesforce enables collaboration in context - allowing teams to collaborate inside the related records driving the work - Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, and more. This collaboration becomes part of the record itself, providing rich historical context into the relationship, pursuit, or contacts. Each opportunity has a designated capture team, as well as a set of customer contacts that includes call notes, files, campaign history, and information about their organizational hierarchy all organized and centralized in one place.


Gate Review Documents
By leveraging a Salesforce AppExchange partner, ManTech can digitize the Gate Review Process, automating the creation of Gate Review documents with live data directly from the Account, Contact and Opportunity details in Salesforce. This saves valuable time, reduces errors, and provides more current information for gate review meetings. Capture teams can minimize administrative tasks, freeing them up to focus more on advancing the process and winning critical opportunities.


Executive Dashboards
Executive Dashboards and Reports enable Business Leaders to track real-time updates and evaluate pipeline by stage, customer, and segment. Dashboards have drill-down capability allowing management to dive into the details that are driving top level trends they see in the business.


Past Performance
Connecting with document management systems like Microsoft SharePoint is easily achieved with Salesforce. ManTech’s users can access Past Performance content and other related files directly from the opportunity or other related records. Salesforce centralizes and provides a single access point for all relevant information, no matter where the source data is stored.


Contract Management
Salesforce can be integrated with industry-leading contract management solutions like DocuSign to initiate agreements with teaming partners, customers, and subcontractors, right from the Salesforce user interface. The Salesforce platform can be further configured to track and report on government clauses, understand flowdown requirements, and manage compliance.


Electronic Signature
Contracts, NDAs, and other agreements can be sent to customers and subcontractors via email where they can be redlined, electronically signed, and forwarded through a defined approval process.

ManTech can monitor the status of all contracts, track activities and tasks, and use templates to ease the process of generating new agreements. After the partner submits this report, it is attached to the opportunity record and becomes part of the historical record where it can inform and drive future opportunities.
