The agency buyer has a single point of entry to access the applications and analytics to get his job done. This can also easily scale to include single sign-on (SSO) to external systems of record, or this external data can be automatically brought into Salesforce to capitalize on the enhanced user experience efficiency that Salesforce can deliver.
Globally Searchable Knowledge
Knowledge and policy updates help the agency drive toward standardized processes, ensuring all stakeholders speak the same language. Updates to knowledge articles are easily completed with electronic workflows, approval processes, audit history, and versioning.
G-Invoicing
From the main G-Invoicing page, buyers can initiate new Intra-governmental Transactions (IGT); each tile kicks off a tailored workflow and data gathering process. From here, buyers can also discover at a glance their outstanding tasks and actions, including due dates and other critical information.
Kanban View
At a glance, the buyer can quickly see all of the open IGTs and where they sit in the process in Kanban view. From here, transactions can be searched, sorted, filtered, and updated.
Simplified Data Entry
Salesforce guides the buyer through a page-by-page process to collect only essential information; all other information can be gathered from templates or external data sources to streamline the data entry process. Based on the data entered, Salesforce will select the most appropriate GT&C template; the buyer then only has to review the content before submitting, driving standardization and data integrity.

A GT&C is a written agreement between two Federal agencies or major organizational units within an agency, which specifies the goods to be furnished or tasks to be accomplished by one agency (the Servicing Agency) in support of the other agency (the Requesting Agency). Although today this is a manual process, with Salesforce, buyers and sellers have a single source of truth where they can stay engaged throughout the GT&C process.
